Grilling Recipes!

Chicken Wings:

  • I put them in the crockpot in the morning and they are cooked through by the time we put them on the grill. 
  • This way we only have to worry about getting them crispy. 
  • We love both parmesan garlic and hot sauce. 
  • Homemade parm garlic
    • Melted butter with garlic and fresh parmesan cheese 
  • You can dip them individually so you don’t use as much sauce on the wings which can be the most dangerous part to your diet! 

ASPARAGUS IS IN SEASON GUYS!!!!

Bacon wrapped Asparagus:

  • Wrap a few asparagus spears together in bacon strips and grill!

Potatoes:

  • We put a potato with our meal a lot! Probably too much but we love it! It takes away the cravings for fries. 
  • We love them cut up into small squares and fried in kerrygold butter or avocado oil with salt and pepper in the cast iron! You can also get a grill pan that you can just cook them up right on the grill as you grill your wings!
  • You can cut them up like fries too! 
  • Sweet potatoes would be even better for you!! 

I’ll let you in on a little secret. My husband, Dan hates cooking (and I don’t always love his cookings) but he can handle this meal when I work later during the week! WIN WIN!!
