Living a Healthy Lifestyle with Preventative Care
Preventative care is all about maintaining your health before problems start. Your nervous system plays a huge role in keeping you healthy and feeling great â itâs how your brain communicates with every part of your body.
Itâs so much easier to maintain the health of your spine than to fix it later after months or years of stress and misalignment. Many people wait to see if a problem will âgo away,â but during that time, degeneration in the spine can already be setting in. Those nagging symptoms â what we call secondary conditions â are warning signs that something deeper isnât working right.
Donât wait until it becomes a bigger issue. Your future self will thank you.We do not want your spine to end up looking like the one on the right over in the picture here.
âChronic diseases are the leading cause of death and disability in the United States, causing 7 out of 10 deaths each year. Heart disease, cancer, and stroke alone make up more than 50% of all deaths annually.â
Taking small steps â one area at a time â adds up to lasting, healthy lifestyle changes.
đ What Weâre Thankful For
This season, Iâm incredibly thankful for health â not just my own, but for my family, loved ones, and each of my patients.
Your nervous system is what allows your body to function properly. When your spine is misaligned, that communication gets disrupted â affecting your energy, focus, and even how you feel day to day.
Regular chiropractic adjustments realign your spine, restore nerve function, and help your body work better â not just feel better.
Health is more than just how you feel â itâs about how your body functions!
Ask yourself:
⢠Can you move like you used to?
⢠Can you enjoy your favorite hobbies without pain?
⢠Do you have the energy to get through your day?
If not, it might be time to focus on the function of your health.
âď¸ How Balanced Health Works with Your Nervous System

At Balanced Health, we use technology to see how your body is truly functioning â not just how you feel. We donât just go by where it hurts we are able to find the true area where its coming from with these tools.
#1 Nervoscope: Measures temperature changes along your spine to detect inflammation and nerve irritation. When pressure builds on a nerve, it alters function â and this helps us find exactly where the problem is coming from and where to get adjusted that day.

#2 Neurofunctional Scan: Provides a full picture of irritation levels in your nervous system â from severe (red) to mild (yellow) to normal (green). We aim to keep you in the green zone!
These tools help us catch small problems before they turn into big ones and allow your body to function at its best.
âDonât assume the quality of your health based on how you feel.
Be proactive to maintain a better, healthier lifestyle.â
